To exchange the product, proceed as for a normal return. Simply register your return with our customer service team using the contact form or by sending an email to hello@koojakids.com . You can then choose whether you would like to receive another, more suitable product or prefer a refund via your chosen payment method. Please note that we will check the returned product in detail before issuing a refund.
